I recently returned from a week-long stay at Presidente Intercontinental Cancun Resort. While the beach was beautiful and the hotel was clean, I encountered several issues that impacted my overall experience. The lack of communication regarding amenities and some maintenance problems in the rooms detracted from what could have been a relaxing stay.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with the best pillows I found in Mexico. I appreciated the Nespresso machine and daily water bottles, although the sliding bathroom doors had issues and the weak flush toilets were frustrating.
